Highballs

Highballs
Use any of the following

Sloe Gin, Bourbon, Brandy, Creme de Menthe, Fruit Liqueurs, Gin, Rum, Rye Whiskey and Scotch Whiskey (Over seas brands)

All of the above highballs are made and served as follows:
To 1 cube of ice, add 1 jigger of liqueur desired, fill up with carbonated water or gingerale. Serve with small barspoon in glass and a piece of lemon peel if desired. Use highball glass No. 2
