Martini Time

The Martini
Simple, easy.
2 ounces Gin. I am using Gordon's. It will do in a pinch.
1 ounce Dry Vermouth. Sometimes in the wine aisle. Sometimes by the gin or vodka. Look around and avoid Sweet Vermouth.

Shake with ice gently in a cocktail shaker. If you do it to hard the drink with look hazy from the ice chips.
Strain into a glass and garnish with an olive or a lemon. I am not an olive fan.
