Cocktail Time!

Manhattan Cocktail

Fill bar glass cubed ice
1 pony Sweet Vermouth
1 Jigger Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
1 dash Cocktail Bitters
Stir well, strain into glass
Place cherry in cocktail glass,
Twist of lemon or
Orange peel over completed drink and serve.
