Thai Large?

So I bought a western shirt on Ebay from Thailand. Fucking Beers asks if it is a "Thai " large and not an "American" large. I say no, the storefront was in English. Fucking A, the shirt (a knock off ben sherman tag) says large, but this thing would only fit a tiny Asian man. Fuck me, it is a "Thai" large. I am posting this picture because he jinxed me.
